StageFlow provides virtual staging and photo editing services for real estate professionals. We take client-provided photos and digitally add furniture, decor, and other visual elements to enhance the appeal of the property. We strive for realism but cannot guarantee that virtual staging will exactly match physical furniture dimensions or finishes.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide high-quality, clear photos for editing. You represent and warrant that you own the copyright to any images you submit to us or have full written permission from the copyright owner to edit them. You agree not to use our services to mislead buyers about the physical condition of a property (e.g., hiding structural damage).

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, StageFlow grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the staged images for marketing the specific property listing. StageFlow retains the right to use the before and after images for our own portfolio and marketing purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions and Refunds

We offer unlimited reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction with the style and placement of furniture. However, requests to change the angle of the room or switch to a completely different photo constitute a new order. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis but are generally not provided once work has commenced, given the custom nature of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StageFlow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on StageFlow's website, even if StageFlow or a StageFlow authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to StageFlow's website shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StageFlow operates without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
